Hi Everyone,

Unless you have been living under a rock you will have most probably heard Apple have re-designed and announced their iPhone 5 into the wild at the Yerba Buena Center in the great city of San Francisco.

First of all lets give you some specs from this beast of a phone;

• A gleaming 4 inch screen, the biggest to grace the iPhone. And a resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels (bigger but not toooooo big (looking at you Samsung Galaxy S3 you brick!) )
• Battery life of 9.4 days on standby and 8 hours talktime (not much different to the iPhone 4S)
• The camera graces the 8MP camera with Back-illuminated sensor (BSI), Auto focus, Touch to focus, Digital image stabilization, Video stabilizer, Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), Panorama and a new sapphire crystal lens (excited about this!)
• LTE Ready (faster data)
• It will ship with their new software iOS6……….

We know you guys love our Colour Lab for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPad which is why we will be changing the colour of your iPhone 5 (as pictured below) and also adding custom logo’s and designs (NEW!!)

Anyway enough of that, lets get to the juicy bit, as you know we at mendmyi are always looking to be hot and fresh on new and exciting launches from Apple, so we have mocked up some images of how we imagine the iPhone 5 should look using our Colour Lab.

Note: With the Colour Lab we change the colour of the glass, plastic frames and plastic home button. The black mid and white middle part is called the midframe and is made of aluminium. We have tested anodised aluminium before and didn’t get good results but we are actively looking at new colours for the mid frame aswell. The parts that come with the Colour Lab are all the parts Apple do not change the colour of.
